Absolutely outstanding experience at PRIME Steak & Seafood. Five stars across the board. The filet was cooked perfectly, incredibly tender, and one of the best steaks I've had in a while. The sides were just as impressive, and everything we ordered was beautifully presented and packed with flavor. Service was excellent from start to finish, and the atmosphere has that upscale steakhouse feel without being stuffy. If you're looking for a great steak dinner in McAllen, PRIME is an easy recommendation. Excellent food, excellent service, great atmosphere. I'll definitely be back.

Never been here before thought I'd watch Pre Season games and Enjoy A Few Micheladas during game with appetizer Shrimp cocktail then try a steak after game , But staff could not get any of the NFL games on 😆 , so just finished my appetizer and Beer 🍺 to watch game elsewhere. Staff was accommodating, nice & attentive. No fault to staff or food that I left before tried the main course

I really love coming here when I'm in McAllen. Great high quality food. Service is top notch. Recently sat at the bar and I have never seen two bartenders in such sync before. Was fun to watch.

The restaurant is so pretty and the waiters are great but I wouldn’t recommend going here! We went last night and got food poisoning after paying over $200 in just our 2 adults and a child tab WITH only water. We were a table of 8 and almost half of our table got sick and were throwing up last night. The food was presented nicely but something tasted off in three of the dishes. Wasn’t too sure if it was the prociutto in the Chicken Breast plate and the Beef Wellington but I also got the lobster pasta with chicken and was throwing up and cramping so bad all night. I wanted to call them today to let them know but they are closed on Sundays. Management changed and so did the food. We were bummed when we saw that the dishes were different than a few years back. I wish they had more attention to the quality of the ingredients so this doesn’t happen. The food taste was overall okay, it wasn’t amazing for the price and well we got food poisoning with it so that’s that. We also celebrated a birthday and they didn’t offer a piece of dessert or took the initiative to come and say happy birthday to the one we came to celebrate. We came here at the advice of a friend as we were in the search for a good steak. Having visited PRIME in Vegas I recognized the name and we went the next day. When we found out they were under new management, we got a little worried, but I have to tell ya, that steak was probably even better than the one we had at the Bellagio PRIME in Vegas. The food came out so quickly that at first we were suspicious, but the meat and lobster were cooked to absolute perfection! I really do recommend their petite fillet with the lobster add on. And if you enjoy a good vegetable and have a hankering for some salt, the asparagus is wonderfully prepared. Gilbert (Gil) was so incredibly attentive. I really can’t wait to come back. I’m bringing my parents the next time. I gotta say, whatever this management is doing, it’s working! If you had a bad experience in the past, you definitely have to come back and try it again! Five stars across the board!
